Social sharing (text/email/AirDrop, depending on your package) of all photo booth images captured at your event. Digital copies of all the photo booth pictures, in an online gallery that is easily shareable immediately following the event. You will also have access to this gallery up to a year post-event. Set-up and break-down - Our technician will arrive approximately 1hr - 45 minutes before your scheduled booth start time to set up.

You can fit upwards of 8-10 people per image. If you can figure out a way to get more in there, we encourage you to do so.

You can request additional time during your event, please note the hourly rate will increase by $25/hr when added on during an event. We also cannot guarantee that we will have the availability to stay additional time, as we may have another event booked after your event time. We will do our best to accommodate your request for extra time, however we do recommend booking additional hours prior to your event date.

We are excited to offer a "Book It Yourself" system. To complete you booking you will need to know: • Date of your event • Event venue address or general location • Number of hours you want to book • Name and email • $200 deposit (to reserve your date)

Ideally, we require a 5×5 foot space for our booth setup, or 8×8 feet if you've booked one of our premium backdrops or flower walls. Our booths are designed to be sleek and flexible, allowing them to fit comfortably into most event spaces. We do require access to two three prong power outlets within 8 feet of the booth, as well as a stable Wi-Fi connection to enable instant text and email sharing for your guests. We are also happy to work within any venue restrictions and, of course, cannot block fire lanes or emergency exits. Our professional technicians handle setup and breakdown and will ensure everything is installed safely and efficiently, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

We can usually accommodate outdoor locations, but we do request that you provide a tent or other coverage for the photo booth at the event in case of unexpected inclement weather (rain or powerful sun/heat). While our booths are sleek and portable, they are unfortunately not weather-resistant. For safety reasons, our technician has final say on whether conditions are suitable for operation. We also do not recommend using backdrops outdoors, as wind can cause them to become unstable or tip over, even in seemingly mild conditions. Safety is our top priority, and our experienced technicians will work with you to ensure the best possible setup for your event.

Payments/deposits made are transferable, but not refundable. If you must change your event date, any payments you have made will be transferred to the new date, provided the new event date is within 1 calendar year of the original date and is subject to availability. Approved cancellations will be processed less a $50 administrative fee and returned to Client's original method of payment.

Yes! We understand that event timelines don't always line up perfectly with when you'd like the booth available to guests. If you need us to set up well before the booth opens, pause service during dinner, speeches, or other portions of your event, we offer idle hours at a rate of $50 per hour. For example, if you'd like the booth open from 7pm–11pm but need it fully set up and out of the way by 4pm, we would simply add three idle hours ($150) to your package. Idle time is a great option for events with long cocktail hours, dinner breaks, venue restrictions, or early setup requirements.
